What do you want for yourself?
Are your desires grounded in health?
When you wake are you grateful? And, are you-with what is here? Or, are you racing, and what-is-it you fear?
If you know who you are and you know what you want… what about giving it back?
Do you give of yourself? In all that you do? Is there something you think that you lack?
Think of your thoughts. Be aware of your feelings. Do you feel good now, in the space where you are?
What is it that’s missing? A story, or real? This is Your Limit; your bar.
So, get in touch with yourself, and learn your distractions. We must learn to get out of our way.
You know what I mean. Your Self you have seen.
Get unlost and be better today.
This is the perfect articulation of an idea that is so important for all of us to realize.

Control of your mind is the way to happiness.
You are in charge.
You are not a victim.
Don’t allow others nor circumstances to dictate how you’re feeling and what you’re thinking.
Choose to grow. Use affirmations. Believe in yourself. Believe in this life. Trust that you are with love and that your true self is love.
We are here for others. Give of yourself, wherever you are, and may you also be open to receiving love.

You say, being is lazy, yet it’s you who’s not Seeing…
The way we and things are. As in, It is what it is, but what is it? Consider it.
What are you doing? Why? And, why do you complain so much?
Take responsibility for yourself and your mind, and find the good. Be the good.
It’s that simple… but like signs this will mean something different to most who read this.
Self Awareness is the key.
Make it a practice to notice your feelings, and how they affect your thinking, and ultimately your actions; how you react and respond to situations and people.
Then, make it a priority to focus on your life and your day.
And, stop ranting about things and other people.
See that for what it is… a distraction from yourself and proper focus, and peace of mind.

I don’t get stuck
Throughout the day.
On a path, within the road. No avoiding getting old.
Certain things I need to do. Ensuring that my dreams come true.
Clearer now, the way to be. I’ve learned to learn the way to see…
Things and stuff, they come and go. See past those things and you will grow… the way you should.
You cast out the Bait. How long do you Wait, until you decide to try something different?
Were you patient Enough? Fishing is Tough., but I love the, Learn as you go.
Sometimes it’s the bait, or the way that you reel, or the cast, or the weather, or time… but how do you feel? Are you keeping it real? And, are you enjoying yourself as you go?
Sometimes it’s the bait.
Sometimes it’s the Hook.
Sometimes you have no choice,
But to turn the page of the Book.
Where you at with this?
Have you Evolved?
Or, are you that same kid from High School,
That thinks he has this Solved?
Where do you think you are going?
You gotta slow Down.
Forget what you’ve learned,
And just look Around.
And, then just keep looking,
And get outta your Head.
You’ll begin to see things differently,
Despite what you’ve Read.
Gotta live in the moment as much as we can.
Much too often, I’m stressed by a plan.
And, weighed down by the future and past.
Wish I could make an empty mind last.
Each step is towards something, be it backwards or forwards.
And, each step is with and without things in Mind.
Keep in mind that our minds are narrow.
Hold high, Kind, in the things that you do.
