Your head’s in the sand
And you don’t even know it.
Like the truth is the bar,
And you are below it.
You may-not know better.
Either way, you’re to blame.
You’re the Leader.
I think it’s a shame.
What’s worse is-that
I’m sharing this light.
Your reaction?
Fight or flight?
And-so this is your ego.
You’ll not be confronted!!!
But, with a small and closed mind
Your growth will be stunted.
Better said, you’re ignorant.
And, you’re still like a child.
You never grew up.
You’re a Leader? That’s wild.
