Our Walls, From Within

Things are as they are.
Notice your own responses/ reactions.
When you’re holding something against someone, let it go, and try an act of kindness towards that person.
When you decide you’re right, do you stop listening? If so, decide not to be right, but to listen and to be open minded. You may just hear something and learn something new.

Awareness of our own thoughts, perspectives, and behavior is critical if we are to grow and to evolve the best version of ourself.

We must notice the walls we put up, and decide to breathe and break through them.
