We must-all understand
That life is shared.
I wish everyone knew-this
And that everyone cared.
It’s amazing and simple,
What we-have, all-around.
Yet most are blind,
And can’t see what I’ve found.
Like a dream where you stare,
But can’t make it out.
It never comes clear.
You’re just left with doubt.
You-just couldn’t see it
As hard as you tried.
I can’t help but think,
Those who’ve taught us have lied.
So, most are raised,
But never grow;
Stuck with a focus,
They can’t let go.
Holding on;
Ironic and sad.
Never knowing
What they had.
Self absorbed;
The world of, Poor Me.
Never finding
The right way to see.
