We’ve only ideas
Of what we can do.
Our potential is hidden.
It’s not shinning through.
Our mind holds the keys
That we were never told of.
Confused on this earth;
told that God is above.
That heaven exists,
Only after we die.
Taught that loss of a loved one,
Means we should cry.
Conditioned humans.
Lines that divided.
Like the best we can do
Is to say that we tried.
While ours souls call out
From within; our true self,
While we’re fighting disease;
Stuck with our health.
But I’ve experienced life
That defies known existence.
I’ve run without breath
for a very long distance.
I’ve played our games
Above the known best.
Beyond the set bar,
While completely at rest.
No explanation;
it doesn’t make sense,
Because of the way that we’re wired;
Like we’re way too intense.
Like the world I speak of,
Is about letting go.
It’s so close yet so far;
the world we don’t know.
But, we’re on our way
To a place paved by dreams;
Is to say, where we are
Is more than it seems.
