How are you experiencing
Life as you go?
Feelings, thought, breath.
You know?

Get em together.
Start slow.
And, go with it.

Let go of your focus
On each.
One at a time,
And you’ll notice connection;
Just like Rhyme.

They play off one another.
Alignment depends on awareness
And control.

Get out of your way.
Allow yourself to be
At ease
As you breathe.
Allow yourself to feel
Good
As you should.
Think well of yourself
And where you are.
Then, feel again.
Better.
Follow the feeling.
Get with it
Fully.

Keep letting thoughts pass.
Feel and breathe your way
To a better place
In your mind.
