Dizzy

Have you ever enjoyed the feeling of dizzy? Or, does it immediately bring concern or worry?

Next time you feel Dizzy coming on, just focus on your breathing. Take a big inhale, and be with the dizzy.
I’ve found it feels quite good.

Please don’t take this as advice, or a suggestion that there may be no concerns with dizziness.
Decide for yourself what to do.
Odds say, you’re likely dehydrated, so consider a glass of water if nothing else after you experience dizziness.

Just saying… I’ve enjoyed the feeling of diziness before, for what it is, whatever it is, behind the feeling.
